All of our Gisou products are shipped from the US via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over $50. No code necessary. Free shipping will be applied at checkout and does not include duties.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes; we kindly ask you to provide a valid residential address. Gisou does not offer package rerouting, pick-ups, or refunds on items that have been shipped to hotels, warehouses, businesses or other temporary locations.
Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed.
The delivery times shown below are only an estimate and do not include 1-3 business days processing time before the order gets shipped.

Gisou only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.
In case your Gisou package arrives incomplete or damaged as a result of shipment, please save the shipping box, the Gisou products and their outer cardboard packaging. Then, kindly email info@gisou.com within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can help you out further.
Once the package has left our warehouse, the shipping carrier is responsible for it. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen during transit / upon arrival. We kindly advise you to file a claim via the courier’s website. If they are unable to offer you a solution, please contact info@gisou.com once the claim has been filed and our team will assist you.
CUSTOMS
Sales tax, customs fees, tariffs or duties are not included in pricing.
Orders shipped to Canada can be charged customs fees. You may receive a separate invoice from FedEx for these customs costs. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the extent of these costs, which are your responsibility. Please consult the local customs office to determine the amount of duties and taxes that will be charged on your package. Please also note that we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at checkout.

To avoid the separate invoice (Advancement Fee) from FedEx, the customer can contact Fedex as soon as they get the tracking number and organise to pay the duties prior to receiving the order. This will stop FedEx from paying the duties and taxes from the order owed to the Canada Border Services Agency, which will result in an additional fee (Advancement Fee) for the customer.
