Gisou by Negin Mirsalehi is a luxury haircare line by famous Dutch & Persian fashion influencer, Negin Mirsalehi. Founded in 2015, the brand has deep roots and a wonderful story of the coming together of family traditions. The signature ingredients within these staple products are honey and propolis, derived from the Mirsalehi Bee Garden where Negin and her father continue the 6-generation family tradition of beekeeping. Using nature's gifts Negin’s mother created a formula to transform hair which is rich in minerals, vitamins and antioxidants.

The mission of Gisou is to inspire people to appreciate and take care of their hair using nature-based products, and to feel beautiful while doing so. With their story they want to raise awareness about the importance of bees for the overall ecosystem, and shine a light on the incredible benefits of what they produce.

Gisou is currently available on and offline in over 30 countries, and continues to expand rapidly internationally. To continue on this growth trajectory, the team is on the lookout for a product-loving and super enthusiastic Beauty Advisor.



As Gisou is experiencing rapid international growth, its customer experience is becoming more and more important. As a Gisou Beauty Advisor you will be responsible for letting our customers know everything about our wonderful Gisou products, always striving to exceed expectations and being the absolute expert on all things Gisou. It is your job to know everything about our products, how each of them works and what are the best options for each hair type. You will educate and inspire our customers through video chat, providing a 5 star service. By thinking ahead and staying in the know, you continuously look for opportunities to optimise and upsell the best products for our amazing customers. By joining our Customer Experience Team you will play a key role in building brand loyalty and contributing to sales at Gisou. This is a varied position within a rapidly growing company, where your voice is heard and you will be given a lot of responsibility from day one.

On a day to day basis you will:

  • Communicate directly with our customers face to face via video platform
  • Identify customer needs and recommend products based on their preferences
  • Demonstrate proper usage of all products
  • Turn every customer into a brand ambassador by providing 5* product recommendations
  • Ensure that every communication results in an exciting and excellent customer experience



  • Minimum HBO level
  • Extensive knowledge of Beauty products - more specific hair care products
  • Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor or similar role
  • Customer service experience in retail stores is a plus
  • Ability to demonstrate and promote beauty products on the spot
  • Communication enthusiast with an exceptional talent for communication and a perfect command of the English language. Dutch, French or German are a plus
  • Patient, friendly and helpful with an always positive attitude
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Available for evening and weekend shifts
